Package Your Items
Carefully pack your furniture in its original packaging or an equivalent protective box to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a specialized carrier pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
